Calling Our Offices

General office hours are 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Office hours vary by location, but physician coverage is always available.

All telephone calls to our offices are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have the "call block" telephone service, please turn this feature off to assure your call is returned. If you have caller ID, the number displayed may be different than the primary office phone number. Please be sure that you’re able to receive the return phone call.

If your telephone call is not urgent, please call during office hours. Your call will be returned within the same business day. If your call is urgent, please state this when you speak to the receptionist. For urgent calls, if you don’t receive an answer within 15 minutes, please call back and restate the urgency of your call.

An emergency back-up phone number is available if telephone lines malfunction. Please use this back-up only if you hear no ring tone or answer when you call your regular office number. (This can happen due to phone line, electric or computer malfunctions.)
