about diagnostic and laboratory test results is a dual responsibility shared
between you and us. Generally, test results are provided to you at your next
scheduled office visit. Please be sure that you review testing performed
between visits with your physician. If your doctor requests that you contact
the office for results after the testing is performed, please do so the next
business day. Please contact your doctor if you have any questions or concerns
regarding your test results.
