We wanted you, our patients and partners, to be among the first to know the great news.
OHC President and Chairman of the Board E. Randolph Broun, MD, announces the appointment of current Vice President of Marketing Richard Schiano to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
According to Dr. Broun, “As part of OHC’s mission of continuous improvement to better serve its patients, the organization has changed its administrative leadership structure to re-establish separate CEO and president roles. I will remain as president and chairman of the board of OHC. We’re excited that Richard Schiano will lead OHC’s daily operations as our CEO.”
Dr. Broun adds, “We believe that Rich’s experience improving business operations, solidifying new partnerships, redesigning organizations, and building world-class teams is what OHC needs to continue providing our patients with the best care and world-class experience.”
“It’s an honor and privilege to take on these new responsibilities and work even closer with Dr. Broun and our other teammates,” says Schiano. “Together, we look forward to doing whatever we can to help our patients, their families, our health system partners, and the communities we serve receive the most comprehensive and innovative independent cancer care possible.”
